2019-2020 Admissions Process
GATE Academy has an easy 3-step
• Take a tour
• Submit an application & take a test
• Have a visit day/tryout
Standard admissions decisions are made in early March. (See right column for our current Admissions Timeline.) Qualified students may be admitted mid-year, if space is available. We currently have limited room for January 2019 enrollment in early kindergarten/ kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grades. Please call us if you are interested in mid-year admissions.

1. Take a Tour: Since we are a specialty school, tours are given to one family at a time, and are for parents. Tours are by appointment only and typically start at 10:00 am. Email or call to reserve a spot.
2. Submit an Application and Have your Child Tested
You may submit an application and schedule a test as soon as you have had a tour.
3. Student Tryout
After you have submitted an application and once your child has been successfully tested, we'll contact you to schedule your child's visit days at GATE. These visit days let your child get acquainted with us and vice versa.
4. Acceptance Notifications and Contract Deadlines.
We will notify applicant families of priority admissions decisions on March 15, 2019. Contracts will be due on March 29, 2019.
2018-2019 Tuition: $20,785
Tuition includes six-week summer session, upper school laptops (for in-school use) and childcare before school, beginning at 8:00 am, as well as aftercare from 3:15 to 5:00 p.m. (Childcare from 5–6 p.m. is available for a nominal fee.)
